Microwavable Pumpkin Spice Cake

Servings: 2

Components:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter 

  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 2 massive egg

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • 2 tbsp sweetener of alternative

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened  

  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener 

  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Soften your butter and add every little thing in a microwave protected container. 

  2. Microwave for two minutes and permit to chill. 

  3. As your cake is cooling, make your cream cheese frosting!

  4. High your cake and garnish with any further toppings!

  5. Slice and luxuriate in!
