Components: 

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tsp cornmeal (elective)

  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener or sugar free honey

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 massive egg

  • Sprint of cinnamon (about ΒΌ tsp)

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey (low cost code: lowcarblove)

Instructions:

  1. Add the whole lot into your mug and microwave in a sq. ramekin for 60 seconds!

  2. Prime with honey butter and luxuriate in!
