90 Second Vanilla Cake — Low Carb Love™

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted  

  • 3 tbsp almond flour 

  • ½ tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener 

  • 2 tbsp egg whites (or 1 pure egg) 

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 

  • Sprint of cinnamon 

Cream Cheese Glaze:


  1. Add butter into mug and soften collectively within the microwave for 20 seconds.

  2. Add eggs and whisk in.

  3. Add your whole dry components and blend tremendous properly till integrated.

  4. Microwave for 90 seconds – It is best for the cake to be barely moist (you do not need a dry cake)

  5. In the meantime, make your cream cheese glaze and blend.

  6. High along with your favourite ice cream or eat with a glaze.
