Alternatively you need to use 1 cup floor flax in case you shouldn’t have complete flax seeds. Add the bottom flax & oat combination together with the cocoa powder and Sucanat (or dry sweetener) to a big bowl. Regulate sweetener to style.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mash the bananas with a fork till clean. Scoop the banana onto the flax/oat flour and mix effectively with a fork or spoon. This course of will take a number of minutes to mix completely.
  3. With barely moist palms, form balls and roll in shredded coconut. Place balls on a parchment lined plate and freeze for 30-60 minutes. If freezing for longer, enable to sit down on the counter for five minutes or so to de-thaw barely.

Tip:

I favor to roll them in sweetened coconut as a result of the flax balls aren’t very candy and it offers them a pleasant pop of sweetness on the tongue, nonetheless unsweetened coconut works too.
