Substances:

  • 1 Dealer Joe’s Birria Packet or my do-it-yourself Birria recipe 

  • 6-7 jalapeños, deseeded and halved 

  • ½ cup shredded mexican mix cheese 

    Toppings:

  • Pico de gallo (tomato, jalapeño, pink onion, lemon juice) 

  • Bitter cream

  • Guacamole

  • Cilantro

  • Diced onion

  • Jalapeños

Instructions:

  1. Prepare dinner the Birria in keeping with package deal directions and put aside. 

  2. Reduce jalapeños in half and deseed them.

  3. Place the reduce jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
