  • ½ cup chunky salsa

  • 1 cup Mexican mix cheese

Toppings: 

  • Bitter cream 

  • Guacamole 

  • Recent Cilantro 

Instructions:

  1. Warmth a small skillet over medium-high warmth and add avocado oil. Shallow fry your low carb tortilla strips till they’re golden brown. Put aside. 

  2. Warmth a skillet over medium-high warmth and add 1 tablespoon of oil.

  3. Add your shredded rooster, seasonings, enchilada sauce, salsa and blend. 

  4. Flip the warmth to medium and prime with cheese and canopy till the cheese will get good and melty.
