Yields: 8 Slices

Components:

  • 1.5 cups almond flour

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp cinnamon 

  • ½ cup brown sweetener

  • 8 tbsp butter, softened 

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2.5 tsp banana extract

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a big mixing bowl, whip your butter till fluffy. Add your eggs and sweetener and blend. 

  3. Add your entire different substances into your bowl and blend till nicely mixed (no clumps of flour). 

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes till a knife comes out clear.
