Components:

  • 3 eggs 

  • 2 tbsp bell pepper, diced 

  • 2 tbsp onion, diced 

  • 2 tbsp Mexican mix cheese (or mozzerella) 

  • ΒΌ cup spinach, diced 

  • Seasonings of selection (salt, pepper, garlic powder, crimson pepper flakes)

Instructions:

  1. Line your airfryer with parchment paper and add your shredded cheese on the underside

  2. Now, crack your eggs and prime along with your diced bell pepper, spinach and onions 

  3. Add your seasonings of selection and prime with cheese. 

  4. Airfry at 375F for five minutes and luxuriate in!
